Class Duration: 1 Hour

Our Elite Warriors programme is designed for teenagers and adults of all fitness levels and experience, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, lose weight, learn effective self-defence or prepare for competition, our classes provide professional coaching in a motivating and welcoming environment.

Each session combines martial arts techniques, pad work, partner drills, conditioning exercises and functional fitness to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and mental resilience. Members develop practical skills while enjoying an exciting full-body workout that challenges both the body and the mind.
